CASA Construction undertakes turnkey projects, supervision contracts, renovation, and material supply services.

2. Quotations & Agreements

Work begins only after the agreement is signed and the required advance payment is completed.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be made as per the schedule mentioned in the project contract.

4. Timeline Commitment

Delays due to weather, government approvals, or supply chain issues are beyond our control.

5. Material Quality

All materials provided under turnkey projects meet standard quality guidelines.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide permissions, documents, and timely payments.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a project after initiation will incur charges based on work completed and materials purchased.

8. Supervision Services

In supervision-only contracts, CASA Construction is not responsible for delays or quality issues related to client-supplied materials.

9. Liability

CASA Construction is not liable for damages or issues outside the agreed scope of work.

10. Safety Compliance

We follow standard construction safety protocols; clients must ensure safe site conditions.

11. Warranty

Warranty terms, if applicable, will be stated in the project agreement.
